Terms of Use
In short: Tanamou connects adults who need help with adults who may help. Tanamou does not provide the work, employ users or handle payment.
1. Who may use Tanamou
You must be at least 18, give accurate information and use one account responsibly. Professional helpers must identify themselves as professional and comply with applicable registration, tax, licensing, insurance and consumer-law duties.
2. Tanamou’s role
Tanamou is an online intermediary and communication platform. Any service agreement is directly between the requester and helper. Tanamou is not their employer, agent, service provider, insurer, escrow service or payment processor.
3. Requests, offers and payment
Users agree the scope, total price, timing, cancellation and payment directly. Do not make misleading requests or offers. Payments happen outside Tanamou and are at the users’ own risk. Private sellers and professional traders have different legal obligations and consumer rights remain unaffected.
4. Safety and prohibited use
Do not post illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, dangerous or abusive content; weapons, illegal drugs, scams or services requiring a licence you do not hold. Never impersonate another person, pressure users for advance payment or publish someone’s private information.
5. Content, ratings and moderation
You keep ownership of your content and allow Tanamou to host and display it to operate the service. Ratings must reflect genuine experiences. Tanamou may restrict or remove content or accounts to enforce these rules or the law, explain moderation decisions where required, and review an appeal submitted through Contact & report.
6. Cancellations and disputes
Users should cancel or withdraw through the available controls and notify the other person. Tanamou may help communicate but does not decide or guarantee private service or payment disputes.
7. Liability and changes
Use reasonable care when choosing another user. To the extent permitted by law, Tanamou does not guarantee identity, skill, availability, work quality, payment or outcomes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be shown in the service and may require renewed acceptance.
8. Operator and law
Tanamou is operated from Cyprus. Cyprus law applies without removing any mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact the platform operator through .

The controller is the Tanamou platform operator in Cyprus. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion, objection or portability requests, use .
Information we process
Account and profile details; profile and request photos; approximate area; requests, offers, messages and ratings; exact location only when you choose to share it privately; device and push-subscription information; safety reports; and technical security records.
Why we process it
We process information to provide the service and fulfil our agreement with you, protect users and prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability. Optional push alerts, device location and similar permissions rely on your choice and can be withdrawn in device or browser settings.
Who receives it
Public requests show limited profile information, approximate area and request details. Offers, private chats and exact shared locations are limited to the relevant users. Necessary data is processed by infrastructure providers supporting hosting, authentication, database, storage and notifications, under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies and browser storage
Tanamou uses necessary browser storage and identifiers to keep you signed in, protect sessions, save request drafts and provide features you ask for. Tanamou does not currently use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
Data is kept while your account or an active transaction requires it and as needed for safety, disputes or legal duties. Expired-request photos are automatically deleted. Retention periods may also depend on the type of record and legal limitation periods. We use access controls and row-level security, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where used. You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority.
Safety Guide
1Keep it private
Post only an approximate area. Share an exact address or phone number privately and only when necessary.
2Check the person
Review the profile and ratings. Ask about experience, licences and insurance when the task needs them.
3Agree clearly
Confirm the work, total price, timing, materials, cancellation and payment before starting.
4Meet safely
For a first meeting, use a public place where practical and tell someone you trust. Do not proceed if pressured.
5Watch for scams
Avoid advance transfers to strangers, unusual payment links, codes, gift cards and requests to move the conversation immediately.
6Report early
Stop responding and use the report button on a request or chat. Contact emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Remember: Tanamou does not verify or guarantee every user, service, licence or payment. Your report helps us review unsafe or illegal activity.

Το Tanamou είναι πλατφόρμα επικοινωνίας και διαμεσολάβησης. Η συμφωνία υπηρεσίας γίνεται απευθείας μεταξύ αυτού που ζητά και αυτού που βοηθά. Το Tanamou δεν είναι εργοδότης, αντιπρόσωπος, ασφαλιστής ή σύστημα πληρωμών.
3. Αιτήματα, προσφορές και πληρωμή
Οι χρήστες συμφωνούν απευθείας την εργασία, τη συνολική τιμή, τον χρόνο, την ακύρωση και την πληρωμή. Οι πληρωμές γίνονται εκτός Tanamou με ευθύνη των χρηστών. Τα υποχρεωτικά δικαιώματα καταναλωτών παραμένουν σε ισχύ.
4. Ασφάλεια και απαγορευμένη χρήση
Απαγορεύονται παράνομο, επικίνδυνο, παραπλανητικό, προσβλητικό ή σεξουαλικά εκμεταλλευτικό περιεχόμενο, απάτες, όπλα, παράνομα ναρκωτικά και υπηρεσίες που απαιτούν άδεια την οποία δεν έχεις. Μην δημοσιεύεις προσωπικά στοιχεία άλλων.
5. Περιεχόμενο, αξιολογήσεις και έλεγχος
Κρατάς την ιδιοκτησία του περιεχομένου σου και επιτρέπεις στο Tanamou να το φιλοξενεί για να λειτουργεί η υπηρεσία. Οι αξιολογήσεις πρέπει να είναι αληθινές. Το Tanamou μπορεί να περιορίζει περιεχόμενο ή λογαριασμούς και να εξετάζει ένσταση μέσω της «Επικοινωνίας & αναφοράς».
6. Ακυρώσεις και διαφορές
Χρησιμοποίησε τα διαθέσιμα κουμπιά ακύρωσης ή απόσυρσης και ενημέρωσε το άλλο άτομο. Το Tanamou δεν αποφασίζει ούτε εγγυάται ιδιωτικές διαφορές υπηρεσίας ή πληρωμής.
7. Ευθύνη και αλλαγές
Διάλεγε με προσοχή. Στον βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από τον νόμο, το Tanamou δεν εγγυάται ταυτότητα, ικανότητα, ποιότητα, πληρωμή ή αποτέλεσμα. Δεν περιορίζονται δικαιώματα ή ευθύνες που δεν μπορούν νόμιμα να περιοριστούν.
